Responsible for developing the data requirements and the associated technology to support the wider FM and Property teams to deliver a data led FM service. You will be responsible for creating the right data structure and associated analysis to inform key stakeholders of FM performance. Through your detailed analysis, you will provide the right level of insight to inform a data led decision making approach. You will work with key stakeholders across the business to triangulate multiple data sources to enable well informed analysis.
What you need to do
- Carry out detailed analysis using the FM data systems to provide Strategic direction for the FM leadership team.
- Understand the requirements of peers to develop the correct reporting and analysis to enable operational and strategic decision making.
- Review and develop data analysis tools for automation of reporting with the right output, particularly highlighting opportunities for efficiencies and cost reduction.
- Create business analysis tools to develop management information for supplier performance.
- Work cross functionally to enable wider property and retail metrics to be absorbed into FM analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collect, utilise, and analyse the correct data metrics which allows measurement for FM performance across Totex spend.
- Understand the requirements of peers to develop the correct reporting and analysis to enable operational and strategic decision making.
- Create a measurement model to understand cost base performance in granular detail by stores and associated categories.
- Tracks savings targets and highlights areas of opportunity and risk
- Performs budget formulation based on a data lead approach highlighting requirements on spend and performance
- Reviews and develops data analysis tools for automation of reporting with the right output, particularly highlighting opportunities for efficiencies and cost reduction
- Creates business analysis tools to develop management information for supplier performance
- Works cross functionally to enable wider property and retail metrics to be absorbed into FM analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Create the right level of graphical user interface (GUI) using balanced score cards to provide management and performance data to enable data to be presented
- Responsible for the upkeep and integrity of data and systems to ensure accuracy and correct information is always provided
- Analyse performance data from FM systems using CAFM and remote monitoring to generate performance reports
What you need to know
- Graduate calibre with a strong background in data analysis (preferably FM related)
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical skills with uses of systems such as Tableau, Alteryx, MS Excel
- Expert level with MS Excel and Tableau
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
