Why join us?
Finance FastStart is our brand new and exciting graduate scheme starting in September 2024, where we are looking for new talent to join our Finance team on a three-year rotation programme. We’ll give you the opportunity to gain valuable work experience while studying towards a fully funded professional accountancy qualification.
You’ll get the support from our experts and have technical guidance whenever you need it. This is a scheme where you will truly be able to make a difference as you'll have the chance to interpret financial information, drive improvements, build business partnerships, contribute to key financial processes and contribute to key decision making. We will make sure you have the right support and mentorship as you embark on a rewarding career with us.
What you'll do
This programme will see you rotate roles every year, completing three one-year placements, this includes but not limited to Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Investor Relations teams. This will enable you to develop a well-rounded skill set and whilst getting experience that will shape you into a successful finance professional.
You’ll be supporting specific business areas and the wider Finance team by providing insights and analysis, producing forecasts, analysis and reporting, and participating in the annual financial cycle.
We will help you develop your teamwork, prioritisation and communication skills, as you work with teams across the business and build strong relationships with stakeholders. The work you do will make a difference, as you contribute to the development of financial controls, collaborate with third parties, communicate financial processes to non-finance stakeholders, and assist in accounting journal preparations and audit requirements.
Not only that but you will have the chance to further your education by studying for a fully funded accountancy qualification as you can study CIMA, ACCA, or ACA, with generous support and study time provided.
Who you are
We value curiosity, self-motivation, and collaboration, and you’ll have a strong desire to develop into a well-rounded finance professional. Your natural curiosity and instinct to learn will enable you to interpret financial information, provide valuable insights, and make a difference by driving improvements within specific business areas.
