As a Financial Coordinator VIE, you will be able to support our current Finance team and wider business stakeholders, with accounting and reporting activities.     Your main missions will include

    • Providing meaningful and insightful business analysis on business performance to drive commercial decision making;
    • Taking ownership for the management of rebate contracts: advise the sales team on the effectiveness of the contracts and authorise processing of payments as well as reconciliation of the rebate account;
    • Liaising with the Shared Service Centre (SSC) about the daily orders and get involved with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team by reviewing prospect customers and delinquent account receivables;
    • Reviewing monthly information with the Commercial Director and Sales Managers;
    • Acting as liaison with the Finance SSC to drive efficiency improvements;
    • Being responsible for submission of the monthly accounts in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the published timetable;
    • Supporting the business in producing forecasts (monthly, quarterly, budgets etc.)

    Extra information

    You will have the opportunity to work from home two days per week, with the remaining three days in our Stafford office.

    • You hold a Master’s degree in Finance or from a Business School
    • You are IT literate (knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel & Word, as well as Power BI) and you have the ability to learn new systems (training will be given for SAP ERP system and our in-house reporting tool)
    • You are results oriented and understand the importance of procedures compliance
    • You are proactive and can easily communicate with various stakeholders
    • You are autonomous and also enjoy team work
    • You are recognized for being detail oriented and have an interest in numeric skills
    • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
