Key responsibilities
Prepare, write, review, and approve technical documents including:
- Operations and maintenance manuals
- Data sheets
- Design calculations
- Test certificates
- QA data books
- Plant machinery safety assessments
- Client project technical documents in line with deliverables
- SSS technical documentation in line with project deliverables
- Ensure all technical documentation aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to collect accurate and up-to-date technical data.
- Support Research & Development (R&D) tax capture, monitoring, and calculation efforts.
- Maintain and actively promote company culture in line with core values.
- Provide a customer service-focused approach to documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for end users.
Skills, knowledge and expertise
- A degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- Strong technical writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with technical documentation standards and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
