    What is your mission?

    We strongly believe in the power of giving responsibility to young, talented people who have the capacity to learn and adapt quickly, and it is to these people that the SaltPay Summer program is catered.

    Over the course of 10 memorable weeks, you will get the chance to work on a variety of meaningful projects that will directly impact the business. Previous Summer Interns have travelled across our European markets mapping our sales operations challenges, innovated ways to analyse customer data, worked on important antitrust cases, and built new systems to manage logistics. By the end of the summer, you will have the chance to present, put into action and make your work come to life and truly have an impact in the lives of our customers - be it direct or indirect.

    The program is structured so that students are challenged to take responsibility and learn by themselves, but also receive feedback from their team and leaders.

    Possible teams to work on include: Customer Relations, Sales, People, Finance, M&A, Legal, Issuing, Partnerships, Policy & Advocacy and Logistics.

    Successful interns may be invited to join SaltPay full-time upon graduation.

    What is your story?

    You are eager to learn and grow with us, as well as apply your academic findings from university to create solutions that best meet our customers' needs. You are also keen on always delivering beyond what others expect from you.

    You are curious to learn and passionate to teach. You are not afraid to speak up. You know that no idea is immune to examination – you will put anyone and everything under scrutiny (after all, titles are bullshit).

    You are also:

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
    • Available for 10 weeks during the summer of 2022
    • Eager to learn and "get your hands dirty"
