Our European Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) team collaborates with a broad range of business partners with a vision to operate as Business Insight Leaders.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting agency presentations to ensure they have clear business implications and concrete recommendations.
- Partnering with the local markets across Europe to help craft multi-country projects and ensure insights are relevant and practical for the local market requirements.
- In depth analysis of data (using analytics tools) to support on key business questions
- Working closely with CMI colleagues in the Marketing Intelligence, Social and Consumer teams to help specify and own the requirements of the shared service insight programs and delivery of the outputs into the business to improve impact and value.
- Ensuring requirements and implications are considered in shared service projects and programs e.g. Marketing Activity Monitor, GfK CI, Kantar ComTech etc. Communication and engagement with key partners on shared service projects, insights and implications across the category.
- Supporting the delivery and embedding of MDE/ SmartThings project into the business, providing mentorship on opportunities and evaluating propositions to develop the MDE side of the business.
- Work across functional teams to build an overview of Category developments and identify and drive application of insights across the business
- Identifying and communicating key issues, trends and developments to the business and their implications.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working in a sophisticated organisation, with numerous partners where influence (rather than hierarchy) is key to achieving goals and having an impact.
- Strong data synthesis and interpretation skills – taking data from a range of sources and building into clear and compelling stories – shown experience in the synthesis of data and understanding from multiple data sources in order to produce tangible and significant insight (incorporating quantitative and qualitative, continuous and ad-hoc)
- Able to develop and present compelling presentations to senior executives and non-data savvy partners
- Detailed approach to work/projects - plans ahead thoroughly and lays out clear turning points
- A genuine passion and curiosity for understanding what makes consumers and customers “tick” and encouraging others to do the same
- Experience in working with digital insights across the customer journey and embedding into the business. Emphasis on lower end of the funnel (retail – both on and offline)
