Your key responsibilities

Supporting the Head of Performance Based Pay with day to day operations including collating and reviewing KPI’s, SMART objectives and Sales Targets and calculating and communicating results.

This role will provide a great overview of the entire business and will involve regular interaction with colleagues across the business.

  • Manage the core data collection process for all colleagues within the business, ensuring that all data is entered correctly in to system – which includes Salaries / Reporting Line / New Starter / Leavers / cost centre changes / promotion and grade changes and any other personal data changes
  • Liasing directly with the people team on core data collection (garden leave, absence etc.) to ensure it is reflected accurately in the system
  • Manage employment contract collation for all colleagues we support in our European Subs ( currently 15 Countries)
  • Data reconciliations between the performance based pay system and Workday – highlighted disrepencies to the relevant team members and work to find a solution
  • Manage the collation and assignment of all Team Scorecards across SEUK, Europe Office and RPM’s
  • Work to a number of strict deadlines on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Gaining a good understanding of how performance based pay works across SEUK, Europe Office and RPM’s and be confident in explaining the policies to colleagues
  • Support in presenting the weekly induction programme for new starters
  • Update the content for the induction programme if relevant
  • Assist in Goal Audits
  • Keeping current process documents and policies up to date with any changes
  • Manage and respond to queries raised in the PBP ticketing system promptly and professionally
  • Responding to adhoc requests in a timely manner
