    Quality Systems and Compliance function is responsible for the Quality Management systems used across the organisation to support the biopharmaceutical production facilities and processes. Our Quality Systems and Compliance Graduate Programme consists of three rotations, each one in a different area: New Quality System introduction to site, Supplier Management and Quality systems KPI and system compliance related tasks.

    As well as working side by side with experienced team members and participating in projects and day to day team activities, you will also receive training designed to help you develop soft skills in a range of areas such as: presentation and communication skills, emotional intelligence, influencing and leadership skills. We support a variety of corporate and social responsibility activities and all Graduates participate in the Junior Achievement programme with local schools during the programme.

    The programme starts in September 2023 and last 2 years.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Introduction to different elements of the Quality System during their time in the role.
    • Exposure to how a new system is introduced to site along with the necessary controls to ensure the system is introduced as planned during their rotation of supporting the introduction of a new quality system to the site.
    • The graduate will learn how the system is used, support go live tasks and support users of the system by troubleshooting their queries to find resolution
    • Learn the process associated with the introduction of new suppliers and managing existing suppliers to the site. The management of suppliers is key to ensuring quality product is produced for our patients.
    • Training on Supplier Management SOPs and will get to execute the procedures to obtain an understanding of how a GMP system is used.
    • Gain experience in the internal audit process at the site by supporting the audit of a production area
    • The Quality systems KPI and system compliance related tasks rotation will involve the generation and analysis of metrics along with generation of reports and update of SOPs as required. Experience working with various areas to drive improvements with the metrics and procedures used to govern the systems. Exposure to corporate processes to gain valuable experience in how a corporate system is managed across various business entities.

    About you

    • Graduated in the past two years or due to graduate in 2023
    • A minimum 2.1 Primary Degree or Masters in Science
    • Relevant work experience which can be cumulative, i.e., internship/work placement
    • The same sort of values as we do as well as a passion for healthcare
    • Demonstrated a record of a high level of performance and delivery
    • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Be a self-starter with the determination to succeed
    • Possess a record of high achievement and delivery

    Application process

    • Once you have officially applied, a member of our Talent Acquisition Team will review your application.
    • If you meet the above criteria, we will ask you to attend a video interview. This will be sent online, and you will be asked to record your answers using either a mobile, tablet or computer.
    • If you pass this stage a member of our recruitment team will conduct a telephone interview with you. These are your opportunities to show us who you are and why you are the right person to join Sanofi. Make sure you have a think about your answers before you start to record.
    • You will also be asked to do an online Situational Judgement Test
    • The final stage of the process will be for you to attend an assessment centre in November. You will be given the opportunity to meet some of your potential colleagues and managers whilst also learning a little more about what Sanofi is all about.

    The day will involve group activities and interview. We are only holding 2 assessment centres, therefore you will need to ensure you are able to commit to the following dates before you apply to this role. Assessment centre dates – 16th & 17th November 2022.
