    We have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Analyst to join Remediation and Regulatory Projects.

    This role works collaboratively with the project team and business stakeholders, ensuring projects meet objectives on time and the execution of remediation projects is delivered smoothly.

    You’ll be called upon to be the interface between the business and the technical teams, translating business needs into technical solutions and building up effective working relationships with key stakeholders and other business areas.

    The difference you’ll make

    • Leading workshops to discuss requirements with key stakeholders.
    • Documenting Operational Processes and identify improvements as part of Remediation & Regulatory projects and BAU.
    • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and other business areas - establishing creditability and challenging the Business where appropriate.
    • Performing research and interviews to determine Business Requirements and then translate into technical specifications for the development team.
    • Identifying and documenting automated solutions for manual processes within the technical team.
    • Creating business cases as necessary to gain senior management buy in and budget approval for new systems, processes or improvements.

    What you’ll bring

    • Solid working knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts (e.g. reporting, data analysis, OLAP, spreadsheets and dashboards).
    • Working knowledge of development processes or prior background in a development role.

    It would also be nice for you to have

    • Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment
    • Experience with writing SQL Queries would be advantageous.
    • Understanding of agile and waterfall methodology
    • Strong communication skills, including prioritising, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building.
