If you join this programme, you will have the opportunity to understand the department at the centre of Santander (UK). You will get the chance to rotate around different areas of the Homes Division (part of the Retail Bank) which will help you find your true passion. You will have a chance to choose from variety of placements – from working on our green agenda to influencing mortgages journeys, through digitalisation to exposure in marketing or risk.
Working for us will enable you to learn, develop and expand existing skills. In Homes you’ll be supported in building not only knowledge but will also focus on teaching you to build relationships while giving you exposure to different teams across the bank and possibly with Group

Set to open in May 2023 it will become the centre of gravity for our business and help to make our new hybrid approach work for everyone. Unity Place has been built with sustainability and employee experience in mind and will be a place we can collaborate as a business It will give our people the opportunity to make use of state-of-the-art facilities and come together with their teams from across the UK.
Our rotations could include different parts of a business area across London, Milton Keynes or Manchester, so, some travel may be involved throughout the twenty-seven-month programme. You’ll have flexibility to work out of the office and at home, spending 40% of your time in the office working with colleagues as a minimum.
What we’re looking for in you
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline, as well as 112 UCAS points (top 3 A Level grades or equivalent excluding General Studies and Extended Project)
