    Our Corporate and Commercial Banking Graduate programme encourages you to embrace change, put forward ideas and seek innovative solutions. You’ll build meaningful relationships with our Corporate, SME and Institutional customers, identifying their ambitions and helping actualise them.

    You’ll work with some of our most innovative customer-focused teams to help make banking simple, personal and fair. Over four six-month placements, you’ll gain insights into various diverse products and business areas, including Corporate & Commercial Coverage, Credit Risk function, Business & Change Management, Credit Enablement and Business Risk & Controls.

    In addition, we’ll support you in developing your technical expertise and the influencing and relationship-building skills that will shape your career.

    Where you’ll work

    You could be based in any major city, with moves every six months. Our main locations include: London, Milton Keynes, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and Glasgow.

    Our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.

    Please note: The first rotation will be in England, and we will take your location preference into account, however this is not guaranteed. If you are based outside of England, we still welcome your application.

    What we’re looking for in you

    •  A bachelor’s degree in any subject, 112 UCAS (top 3 A Level grades or equivalent excluding General Studies and Extended Project).
    • The ability to truly listen to customers and colleagues, talk straight and build lasting relationships
    • Excellent numerical and writing skills
    • A highly collaborative approach to work
    • The confidence to speak up with great ideas, embrace change and seek innovative new ways of doing things
