    Our Finance graduate programme is tailored to equip and empower you from day one. Through comprehensive training and on-the-job learning, you’ll quickly develop the confidence, skills and experience to hit the ground running and maximise your potential.

    What it's all about

    Thanks to the expert guidance of a brilliant and close-knit team, our Finance Graduate Programme will help you get your head around all aspects of finance, including internal and external reporting, budgeting and forecasting future performance. Through the three-year programme you’ll develop a strong understanding of the purpose of the Finance function and gain hands on experience in a variety of different Finance roles as you build knowledge, skills, and relationships across every area of the company.

    What you’ll be doing

    During the programme, you’ll benefit from three yearly rotational placements, which’ll give you a good understanding of different parts of our business. Specifically, you can look forward to:

    • Getting to grips with all things finance, including reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting
    • Learning the essentials of an ever-evolving regulatory and commercial environment
    • Working with a friendly, collaborative bunch of experts / teams daily across the bank
    • Developing the skills and leadership abilities needed for a successful career with us
    • Working on innovative live projects

    Where you’ll be working

    This role is based in Milton Keynes and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.  If the Company’s business needs change, then you may be required to relocate for one or more of your placements.

     What we’re looking for in you

    • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline, as well as 112 UCAS points (top 3 A Level grades or equivalent excluding General Studies and Extended Project)
    • Excellent numerical and writing skills, and the ability to create strong business relationships
    • A genuine passion for finance and a motivation to stay up to speed with key industry trends 
    • A positive, can-do attitude with a hunger to learn and develop
    • A proven collaborative approach to work
    • The confidence to share ideas and embrace change
