About the team
SAP’s thriving partner ecosystem of more than 25,000 partners is critical to SAP’s corporate ambition to become the #1 Enterprise Application company, powered by our leading platform.
Partner Ecosystem Success (PES) is SAP’s partner organization, and our main goal is to support partners to drive profitable business, helping them to grow their business into new markets, drive value for their existing customers and to develop innovations that their customers need.
The organization is comprised of many teams and individuals who either work directly with our partners in a relationship role or who design, create and manage the strategies, programs, tools and processes our partners interact with daily.
Within PES, the Partner XM Practice is responsible for our Ecosystem survey program. Our purpose is to support all colleagues across SAP to understand how satisfied our partners are with those day-to-day experiences and to equip them with “the voice of our partners” when they are looking for ways to improve.
The ultimate measure of partner satisfaction is the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Overall Satisfaction (OSAT) metrics generated by our surveys. These are presented to the board, externally to analysts and investors and impact the bonus of the partner organization so as well as being an interesting aspect of the partner business, it is high visibility and generates a lot of attention.

- Marketing & Comms
- Develop & manage content strategy, create different types of multimedia engaging content, and ensure that the content aligns with SAP/PES messaging/branding.
