    Passionate about kick starting a career within Freight Forwarding?

    We are looking for talented, ambitious and hard-working University graduates to join our Irish/UK business for a 2-year structured graduate programme commencing October 2023. This programme is based on a rotation amongst our core business areas designed to give you a broad and informative overview of us and the industry whilst developing your business skills and experience.

    Location: Hybrid either between London Heathrow or the West Midlands (Nuneaton/Tamworth) and home (approx. 50/50 split depending on rotation)

    What will you be doing?

    This is a 2-year rotation-based programme giving you exposure to our many different business units including; Air Freight, Land Freight, Ocean Freight, Fairs and Events, Contract Logistics, Projects, IT and Sales & Marketing.

    As part of this programme, you will also participate in online learning for a Leadership and Management Diploma run and accredited by the University College Dublin.

    Requirements

    • You will possess (or be predicted) an Honours degree qualification 2:2 or higher, ideally in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a similar discipline.
    • A fluent English speaker
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in rapidly changing environment
    • Ability to build effective relationships in a collaborative setting
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
