We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Buildings Europe Operational Strategy Intern reporting to the Digital Buildings Europe Vice President to join us for a 6-month placement!

Main Tasks

  • Actively contribute to research incl. preparing presentations on strategic topics: specific industry and market analysis, trends, value chain analysis, growth opportunities identification etc.
  • Analyse market landscape, profile, and monitor selected players on company’s targeted markets: perform competition analysis to understand strategies, business segments, investments and future course of action.
  • Help organise, structure, and follow-up the pipeline of acquisition targets.
  • Participate in Business planning process for specific geographies.
  • Develop & update tools, processes, and methodologies.

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills; ability to screen for information from multiple sources and evaluate companies’ profiles based on the limited amount of data.
  • Fast learning capacity; ability to quickly absorb information on various topics and synthesize it to make meaningful conclusions.
  • Market sizing skills; basic finance literacy; structured thinking.
  • Communication skills, open-mindedness, ability to communicate with counterparts from different parts of organization.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
  • Good MS PowerPoint skills; report writing skills, ability to build models in MS Excel.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Masters in Management, MBA preferred.
  • UK (London Preferred).
