Schneider Electric’s Sustainability Career Pathway allows graduates to learn how to help companies turn energy into a controllable spend, increase efficiency, and meet energy sustainability goals.
The pathway will start in September 2023 and last for 24 months.

What will you be doing?
The types of responsibilities within the Sustainability Career Pathway (role dependent) could include:
- Providing energy management consultancy
- Engaging in project management
- Research and reporting
Who are they looking for?
- A minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s Degree is required upon joining the Graduate Programme.
The following personal attributes are also essential for the Sustainability Career Pathway:
- Passionate about sustainability, but able to balance this with a business mind
- Good written and verbal communication skills
