    Alliance Management Civil Engineering Graduate Development Programme

    On the Alliance Management Civil Engineering Graduate Development Programme you will work in the team that manages the performance of our three delivery partners. You will develop your skills around planning, risk management, engineering, construction and project/programme management.

    You will have a variety of interesting and challenging placements on this 3 year graduate programme and your professional development will continue when you move into one of our engineering roles.  We are looking for Graduates who have the determination to succeed and become our future experts and leaders.

    You’ll be given the chance to stretch yourself on these placements across Scottish Water and across Scotland too by being flexible in your thinking and sometimes in your location.

    We would welcome applicants with a Pass level or above (or be on track to achieve a minimum Pass level) Masters in Civil Engineering qualification who want to progress their career in the water industry working for Scottish Water.  We support routes to incorporated and chartered membership of relevant engineering bodies and in particular have an approved training scheme to progress those with the relevant qualifications (MEng) to chartered member of the Institute of Civil Engineers.

    This is an excellent opportunity to gain fantastic experience, with a progressive organisation and be supported in your development. Covering the whole project life cycle from a defined intervention to project completion, you will be required to use and develop your skills around Programme and Project Management, Engineering, Construction and Risk Management.

    Starting Salary is: £26,500
