The role

As an Email Marketing Assistant, you’ll be involved in email marketing from campaign concept, delivery, and reporting, supporting Seasalt’s growth in both the UK and international markets.

With a key focus on email communications, you’ll develop, execute and optimise email campaigns, ensuring effective communication with our audiences and maintaining our CRM system to enhance customer engagement.

In our blended approach to hybrid working, we expect our people to work a minimum of 40% of their week from a Seasalt Office in Cornwall, the remaining 60% of the time will be from home (or your chosen location – however, you must be based in the UK)'

You’ll help us by

Collaborating with the wider marketing team, you’ll develop and execute email marketing campaigns, creating engaging and visually appealing email content to drive customer engagement. You’ll monitor and analyse email performance metrics, proving insights for continuous improvement. With excellent organisation skills, you’ll support with updating and communication of the marketing email calendar.

You’ll set up and manage automated workflows within the CRM system for efficient communication, collaborating with the team to streamline processes and improve efficiencies. You’ll report on the performance of CRM automations against key email and customer KPIs, identifying methods to improve KPI’s and drive forward our strategy.

About you

  • Team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Analytical with a key eye for detail, able to effectively report on data
  • Experience of a digital marketing in a similar role involving digital channels
  • Understanding of digital concepts and best practices
  • Experience of Google Analytics and search & keyword tools
  • Knowledge of paid search platforms (such as AdWords)
  • Familiar with ecommerce KPIs and a clear understanding of the business impact of each metric
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel
  • Passion for digital marketing
  • Test & learn mindset
  • Flexible, pro-active and open to change.
