Things you’ll be working on
- Assisting with tracking incoming payments and matching them to the bank statements
- Recording and reconciling payments on the specific supplier accounts
- Issuing invoices and statements to the suppliers
- Updating account information and records of supplier accounts
- Keeping the internal trackers up to date
- Responding to supplier queries on a timely manner
- Assist AR team leader with any BAU tasks as required
The deal breakers
- Good Excel skills
- Fluent in English (any additional languages would be beneficial)
- Understanding of basic finance principles
- NetSuite experience beneficial
- Cleared to work in the UK/EU
- Experience in a similar position and in a dynamic multi-national environment is beneficial
