The Role
We are now starting the recruitment process for our September 2023 intake. Throughout our two-year graduate programme you`ll be working across our diverse UK commercial business, gaining valuable exposure in a wide variety of fascinating disciplines which are led and staffed by expert practitioners in each field:
- Commercial property claims
- Subsidence
- Cyber and Technology
- Liability/Casualty
- Counter Fraud Investigations
- Marine
- Engineering
- Building surveying
- Construction
- Media & Entertainment
The programme will allow an understanding of the work within each part of our Commercial Claims Services business. Graduates may find, supported by their mentors and with review by Unit leaders, they are better suited to a particular area.
The initial 12 months will focus on all our specialist fields. This first year will be followed by an elective year of immersive training in two disciplines, to be selected on the basis of capability, decided between the trainee and Programme Leader/Mentor.
After the initial 12 months, graduates will join our Corporate Personal Development framework, ‘Pathfinder’. Pathfinder will continue your chosen development path in a structured and comprehensive manner, allowing you to take control and full advantage of career opportunities. What we're looking for
- Degree in one of the following areas: Law, Construction, STEM, Business or Counter Fraud
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to relocate to any of our UK sites
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Excel and Word to intermediate level
- Analytical with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Above all, you’ll have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
