    We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Digital Design and Embedded Firmware Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Graduate Digital Design and Embedded Firmware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing digital circuits and embedded firmware for our cutting-edge products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the advancement of technology in various industries.

    General responsibilities

    • Participates in the design of ASIC development, and the design of firmware for embedded devices.
    • Participates in architecture design, and system simulation for ASICs and their firmware.
    • Contributes to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits.
    • Evaluates all aspects of the process flow from high-level design to synthesis, place and route and timing and power use.

    Experience / qualifications

    • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
    • Must have a passionate interest in software coding and ASIC or FPGA design.
    • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
    • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
    • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.
    • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
    • Holds self-accountable for achieving goals and standards.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
    • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.
