We have a great opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - harnessing your previous experience as a BSA, you will take responsibility for assessing the business model and its integration with technology; essentially acting as a bridge between the business problems and the technical solution. The role involves understanding business requirements which clearly address business needs and align with business processes. In order to do this you will need to gain a thorough understanding of our business, the technology we use, and our ongoing needs and problems. You’ll then work with our internal and external stakeholders to support the implementation of a solution. As part of this you’ll:

    • Model business processes, perform Business Analysis in Practice and undertake all areas of Requirements Engineering from elicitation through to the documentation and management of business requirements
    • Proactively communicate with external and internal stakeholders to understand information needs and functional and non-functional requirements
    • Work with internal development teams to oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
    • Have the confidence to work with complex data and systems
    • Collaborate with technical architects to understand technology limitations and recommend development options to meet business needs

You won’t be doing this alone though. You’ll also have the support of our tight knit and supportive team, in a company committed to its values of Trust, Care, Innovation and Pride.

What you’ll need to do the role

As someone with a background in Business Analysis, you’ll be able to demonstrate a good understanding of IT and data processing systems in an operational environment. Naturally you’ll need to be an excellent stakeholder manager, with drive, determination and the capability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.

You will be required to travel throughout the contract as and when needed.
