    At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their careers, all while making a giant impact.

    Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team-building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and a dedicated summer coach to further grow their careers with us.

    If you want to make work, work better, we want you. Candidates hired for Localization internships will be part of the Unified Technology Group (UTG). The French Language Lead Intern will have the opportunity to:

    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure optimal user experience for users of our platform who speak French, capturing the voice and tone of ServiceNow and reflecting it in all outputs.
    • Assume a Language Authority role within ServiceNow.
    • Enforce and refine language style guidelines, glossary, taxonomy, and translation standards.
    • Deliver linguistic guidance and consultation to regions, corporate, Business Units, etc.
    • Help resolve linguistic feedback from local offices, customers, etc.
    • Evaluate vendor translation quality. Communicate and resolve translation issues with our translation vendors.

    Qualifications

    Who you are

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student, pursuing a Bachelors, or Masters degree in Applied Linguistics, Translation, or related field.
      • Graduating December 2024, or later
      • Ability to obtain and maintain work authorization.
      • Commit to a 6-12-month internship (Starting June 2024)
    • Native speaker of French language and proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (focus on Excel, Word and Outlook).
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.
    • Quick learner, able to adjust to the requirements and specifics of workflows at ServiceNow.
    • Preferred: Demonstrated experience translation in IT subject matter, or publications.  Prior experience with translation of ITIL, cloud computing and SaaS domains and terminology would be advantageous.
