The role
Here at seventy7, we are seeking a proactive Business Development Assistant to join us in London’s Flagship Visual Content Agency. This position is critical to our business development efforts and the markets we serve - Retail, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Hotel & Leisure, Fashion, Interior Design, Fine Jewellery, Luxury, Beauty, and Sustainability.

Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets building on our company’s strong reputation in creative content services.
- Assist in producing proposals, quotations and estimates that ensure commercial goals are delivered.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their brief.
- Gather business intelligence on companies, leads and qualified prospects – conduct detailed account research based on target account profiles and sectors.
- Manage a streamlined sales process, KPI’s and associated metrics to support lead generation, pipeline management, appointment setting, meetings and closing of new business.
- Identify key stakeholders within organisations and update the leads pipeline accordingly.
- Create, manage, and report prospect information within our CRM.
- Close collaboration with our marketing function is needed to ensure campaigns are effective and KPI-driven.
You will
- Successfully maintain growth in sales activity month on month.
- Manage all inbound inquiries and be the first point of contact in the pipeline.
- Produce proposals, quotations and estimates that ensure commercial goals are delivered.
- Grow our regional client base on our CRM database, drive new business, and build close and trusted relationships with brands.
- Establish and build business relationships, effectively communicating Seventy7’s value proposition to brands.
- Understand the customer’s brief requirements and represent Seventy7 as a leading strategic partner to them.
- Proactively maintain account plans, systems, and tools with pipeline activity.
- Occasionally attend industry events and networking sessions to generate leads and develop relationships.
- Working cross-functionally with Marketing and Creative departments to develop seventy7’s social selling and creating thought leadership content to educate new prospects.
Your skillset
- Possess extensive expertise in driving new outbound and inbound business acquisition, lead generation, with a proven track record of successfully selling to enterprise brands, preferably in a dynamic and creative agency environment.
- Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and internal teams confidently.
- Effective negotiation and deal-closing skills; with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to deliver compelling and engaging sales deck presentations to prospective clients.
- Self-motivated to succeed, with a proactive approach to business development.
- Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of successful sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for, and knowledge of, the retail, technology, beauty, interior design, and fashion industries.
- Results-oriented approach with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
