We work across all market sectors, our projects include the new football stadiums for Tottenham Hotspur & Everton, The Shard, and projects linked to nuclear and renewable energy.

The role

We are now recruiting for our next generation of graduates to join us and make a valuable contribution to our latest and future projects. Opportunities are available across multiple disciplines:

• Engineering
• Project Management
• Quantity Surveying
• Construction
• Sales & Estimating

All our roles offer the opportunity to work towards further professional qualifications, with accredited training schemes recognised by professional bodies.

Our roles will be located across the Group, including at our sites in North Yorkshire (Dalton, Thirsk), Northwest (Bolton, Lancashire), and Northern Ireland (Enniskillen, Ballinamallard).

If you are wanting to explore a career specifically in Design Engineering, we would expect you to have a BEng or Meng is Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering, however if you are interested in exploring a career in our wider project delivery areas, you may hold a more generic degree in the discipline of interest, including BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying, BSc (Hons) Project Management, or BSc (Hons) Construction & the Built Environment, or similar.

Ultimately, we are looking for talent who have a passion for the construction industry, just like us!

Severfield Group acquired Harry Peers Steelwork in 2019 and DAM Structures in 2021.

Peers specialise in the Project Management, Design, Fabrication, and Erection of Structural Steelwork Contracts within the Petrochemical, Process, Pharmaceutical, and Nuclear Industries.

DAM Structures Limited is a Yorkshire-based innovative steel fabrication company offering a comprehensive design, manufacture, and erection service for the construction industry.
