    Mission

    To act as the first point of contact for the field, retail and corporate teams on all aspects of company policy and procedure whilst building and maintaining strong relationships.

    Main responsibilities

    HR Generalist

    • Accountable for the HR administration of your designated corporate and retail functions, ensuring timely action and accuracy including but not limited to;
      • Processing EDF’s and Contracts
      • Right to Work checks and Visa requirement tracking
      • Maintenance of HR system (Mirai) working closely with the EMEA team
      • Data Retention in line with legal requirements
      • HR Reporting and analysis
      • Manning levels
    • Responsible for the coordination of the HR Inboxes with HR coordinator, understanding the needs of the business to answer queries and escalating to the relevant person where appropriate
    • Maintain and update HR trackers
    • Work closely with payroll to ensure all system data is correct to meet monthly payroll upload deadlines
    • Responsible for complete retail Onboarding & HR Induction journey in partnership with HR Coordinator
    • Support with facilitation of corporate induction sessions
    • Work closely with the Area Sales and Education Managers (ASEMs) on the administration for the vacancy approval process.
    • Support ASEMs with Retail recruitment; posting and managing job adverts on Mirai, supporting with recruitment challenges to attract talent
    • Manage and maintain Retail vacancy lists to share with ASEMs and Retail teams.
    • Manage the maternity process for all retail employees
    • Support with Tamigo issues including new store set up
    • Create and distribute HR newsletter to retail
    • Ensure the timely processing of HR related POs
    • Support the HR & TA Coordinator where necessary
    • Support the wider HR team with any additional ad hoc projects and any other duties

    ER & L&D

    • Provide efficient and credible 1st line Employees Relations advice for retail in line with company policy and procedure, escalating to the HR Advisor where necessary
    • Accountable for the HR Toolkit updating in line with legislative changes
    • Coordinate L&D administration including emails, booking meeting rooms and liaising with external suppliers
    • Work closely with HR team to assess the training needs of the business making recommendations to support ongoing development
    • Support with the creation of training presentations

    Profile, skills and experience required

    • A passion for Human Resources and Beauty
    • HR administration & first line ER experience, preferably in a Retail business would be advantageous
    • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to converse and liaise at all levels
    • Proactive and can-do attitude, be able to work on own initiative and demonstrate tenacity
    • Able to handle sensitive information in a professional and confident manner
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • MS Office skills
    • Exceptional organisation & planning skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task across duties and projects
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
