Skincare is a key priority for expansion, with 5 very diverse and complementary brands covering the full scope of consumers needs and profiles. From brand Shiseido that is recognized for its uncompromising quality and showing huge growth potential in UK&I, to already iconic Drunk Elephant (+75% growth this year, about to enter Top10 Skincare) with its most sought-after formulations and Skin Smoothies, or the spectacular Clé de Peau Beauté that embodies the ultimate of stem-cell technology to the service of radiance. Main responsibilities
Trade Marketing
- Work closely with Managers to execute the brands’ marketing plans in the UK
- Co-ordinating the design and delivery of all marketing material to support product launches, events, beauty rooms and customer activity: posters, leaflets, handout cards, direct mailers
- Working with Managers to coordinate GWP: photo-shooting, kit builds, label production and POS
- Copywriting for collateral, brand’s website and retailers’ website
- Briefing and managing retailers’ CRM activities for paid DM and E-CRM
- Work with the Sales teams to support the retailers’ marketing plan
- Work closely with all other marketing functions to ensure all activities are aligned and multichannel
- Work closely with Events Team to provide marketing support
Activity Management and Administration
- Liaising with Shiseido EMEA to request images and information to be delivered on time
- Negotiating the quotation for the asset creation and print of all marketing collateral
- Managing stock-level of products for marketing use
- Co-ordinating with the Operations and courier company to send-out products
- Managing Purchase Orders and liaise with Finance team to process payment of invoices
- Analysing competitors and market trends
- Supporting Managers with ad hoc projects
Profile
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- A strong interest in the beauty industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Hands on approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
