Key program highlights
- Rotational Experience: Over the course of two years, you'll complete four 6-month rotations, each in a different area of our business. During these placements you are empowered to influence and tailor your career pathway to fit your own personal career discovery program to discover your passion and strengths within Siemens Healthineers.
- Mentorship: You'll be paired with experienced mentors who will provide guidance, support, and help you navigate your career path.
- Training and Development: You'll have access to extensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge as part of our Graduate Development Programme teaching softer skills such as communication, teamwork, and commercial awareness alongside the role.
- Networking: You'll have the chance to connect with professionals across different functions and locations, building a valuable network within the organisation, regularly working on high profile projects with senior level visibility.
- Career Progression: Following completion of the Business Graduate program, some of our graduates have gone on to varied key roles within the business, such as Solutions Architects, Analyst Consultants, Procurement Specialists, Sales Process Managers and Customer Service Managers.
Who are we looking for?
- Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in business, finance, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Enthusiasm for innovation and a passion for making a difference in healthcare.
