The role
We are seeking 4 x Business IT Intern Roles at our Poole, UK Office:
IT Business Partner Management
In the Business partnering team you will create road-maps to ensure business stakeholders are aligned and on track to meet short and long-term objectives. Understand customer pain points and identify digitalisation opportunities that align with the business strategy. Offer innovative solutions to customers in line with the latest technology trends and conform to Siemens Information Security guidelines.
User Engagement
You'll be the bridge between IT experts and end-users, making technology adoption a breeze. You'll organise interactive workshops, create user-friendly documentation, and provide personalised support. Your role will involve gathering user feedback and requirements to improve IT solutions.
SAP Enterprising Resource Planning (Software)
In the ERP Team you will solve end user authorisation issues, define process roles, manage personnel imports, and prepare data extracts for audits. You will gain practical experience and make a real impact in the field by working in a global network of Siemens ERP users.
Project Management
In the Project Management team, you will work alongside experienced professionals, assisting in topics such as project planning, execution, and monitoring. You will assist with our project office activities, which includes the management of our project portfolio and providing support to project managers. Showcase your strong organisational skills and contribute to project management activities in a large, global company.
Role requirements
- Currently working towards a degree in Business, Information Technology, or Information Management combined with Business.
- Possess a logical mindset, a thirst for self-learning and research, and a knack for out-of-the-box problem-solving.
- Excel at working independently, taking ownership of challenges, and have the potential to drive and lead change.
- Thrive in collaborative environments and love brainstorming with others to discover cutting-edge solutions.
