Begin your journey with us while taking part in our two-year development programme. We will create an individual training plan to help you develop the specific skills and knowledge required within Communications, rotating across several departments. These will include Internal Communications, Public Relations, Government Affairs and Corporate Communications, Marcoms and Digital Marketing. There will be opportunities to work on international projects and a possible overseas placement at our headquarters in Munich.

Siemens is a global business, and you will be required to work on projects that will involve overseas travel. By taking every learning opportunity you will be set with the best knowledge and hands-on experience to equip you for your professional career in Siemens.

What do I need to apply

We are looking for innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrates the following:

• Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in any degree discipline
• Will be comfortable with digital media
• Have excellent written and communication skills
• Can work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
• Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
• Willing to travel overseas
• Ideally speak basic level German
