Here’s what it takes to join some of the world’s brightest minds
- You will be on track to achieve at least a 2:1 in a relevant engineering degree or working towards a degree such as railway engineering, electrical & electronics, telecommunications, computer science, control systems, general engineering, data science/ analytics, engineering management, AI or AR, automotive or mechanical engineering.
- Willingness to travel when required to enable industry insight across the wider business areas and to attend your development programme modules if they are held at different locations
Our main base locations for these roles are Chippenham, Ashby de la Zouch, Northampton, Manchester, York, Hebburn & Glasgow.
We will also have a small number of opportunities based in Coventry, Birmingham, London Euston, Croydon, Three Bridges & Poole.

Alongside your role, our intern & graduate development programme will teach softer skills such as communication, teamwork, commercial awareness, digitisation and innovation.
