Help our customers transform their business with our world-leading technology! We are currently looking to recruit a IT Support Engineer - Intern for a 12month contract to be based from our newly opened Solihull office.
The role
- Deploys, administers, and supports vendor and in-house applications and associated hardware.
- Maintains necessary metrics and documentation. Provides technical support for PCs and LAN network.
- Consults with senior peers on more-complex projects to learn through experience. Operates under close to moderate supervision.
Responsibilities
- Hardware Management:
- Preparing new laptops, re-imaging problematic laptops, data wipe, hardware disposal
- Employee onboarding: providing an IT introduction for new starters
- Providing basic Hardware and software support
- Business Mobile phone configuration and support
- Basic Onsite office support - hot desks, meeting rooms etc
We are looking for someone who is currently studying or recently completed a Technical/Computing Degree.
You will be a standout colleague with strong communication skills, we are want someone who wants to gain some amazing experience from a highly skilled team. What a phenomenal opportunity!
