Join our 12-month Supply Chain Internship Programme and the people behind our Power Generation Services Division based in Warwick. You will undertake a placement in a supply chain setting designed to develop skills and operational experience in a specific facet of supply chain, logistics & customer service while also being provided opportunities to be involved in improvement projects aiming to deliver cost, time or quality benefits.

Your profile
- On track to graduate with a 2:2 degree or above with a basic knowledge of Logistics or Supply Chain
- Are flexible, know how to connect with others and pride yourself on bringing positive, bright ideas to the team
- General familiarisation with Microsoft products to manipulate data, present results and manage a busy diary and calendar
- Enjoy jumping in and, with support from us, feel confident taking responsibility for tasks and projects you’ve been assigned
- Is comfortable with change and able to react to unexpected changes with enthusiasm
- Is analytical and a critical thinker with a drive for problem solving
- Willingness to embrace continuous improvement with the ability to generate creative solutions
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in multiple functions of the Aero Gas Turbine (AGT) business in the execution of internal and customer facing projects.
- Develop your knowledge of Supply Chain operations and practices in a specialised supply chain environment.
- Build your Continuous Improvement skills and confidence through Lean Six Sigma basics training and owning/implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Be a valued member within a team of Entry Level Talent (Apprentices/Interns/Graduates) to participate in the business improvement projects. The scope of these projects will provide you with valuable team working and presentation skills.
