We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our active and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Function in this exciting role.
A Snapshot of Your Day
You will play a key part in the success of recruitment across all Siemens Energy businesses, developing valuable skills and experience in a pioneering, multi-national company! You working days won't often follow a repetitive pattern but you can expect to be involved in interactions with candidates and hiring managers, utilising data to provide insights and working in an agile way to assist on projects.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Key involvement in the entire recruitment cycle, from role creation to post-offer and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates
- Assist with reporting and data gathering
- Assist with direct sourcing and pipelining
- Explore opportunities to raise the profile of Siemens Energy within specific target markets
- Involvement in UK and regional transformation projects

The Talent Acqusition Team at Siemens Energy is friendly, motivated and always striving to exceed the expecations of our stakeholders! We work on a regional basis so you will get to work with our amazing colleagues all over Europe! We have regular team meetings and one to ones to ensure you feel supported and part of the wider team, and most of all we always look to help each other out whenever it is needed.
