    Are you passionate about telling stories through video to inspire action? Do you know your TikTok from your LinkedIn?

    Could you use social and digital media platforms as a tool to share stories, inspire action and keep people informed? Can you write engaging content that gets people talking? Do you want to make a difference?

    We are looking for a creative, pro-active, digital go-getter to join us as a Digital Storytelling Officer!

    The Role

    This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone passionate about all things digital, who wants to take on a lead role in crafting and sharing the stories of our staff, volunteers and clients to inspire action, to attract new talent to join our workforce and to help others to develop their digital storytelling skills too.

    You will lead on developing engaging and creative content for all social media channels, our website, recruitment microsite and e-news, including monitoring success by producing regular analytics and finding new ways to engage and grow audiences and attract candidates for jobs.

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone creative and hard working to have a massive impact for a local charity and the people we enable and empower.

    Sensory Services by Sight for Surrey is a well-established and ambitious charity offering a lifetime of support to people who are blind, vision impaired, Deaf, deafblind or hard of hearing. Our mission is to support people to overcome their day-to-day challenges, achieve their potential and lead an independent life.

    The post holder will require a Disclosure and Barring Service check, which we will arrange.
