Within the Roofing Business Unit, our colleagues are the experts in all things roofing. Our products are varied and ever evolving, meaning that you’ll be part of a team that leads the way with roofing technology!
Programme Overview
You’ll carry out 3 x 4 month placements in our Technical, Marketing and Sales departments to give you a flavour for what each team does and help you understand where you want to go. Once you’ve decided the area for you, you can embark on a further 12 month placement in that department to really develop your knowledge and skillset.
Technical - 4 Month Placement within the Technical Team to gain an understanding of Sika systems and integrate with both Internal, External Teams.
Marketing and Product Management - 2 Month placement with Product Management and 2 Month placement with Marketing to understand how they support, develop and the promote the business
Sales - 4 Month placement within the Sales team, shadowing an Area Technical Manager and supporting the local Regional Manager.
12 Month Placement - Focussed placement within the roofing team that will be identified based on performance, skill set and competency.
What you need to bring to the table
We think this role will give a recent University graduate the exposure and experience to develop a fulfilling career. However, we would welcome applications from any candidates who demonstrate the right behaviours and attributes.

- Motivated to deliver great results and comfortable in taking the responsibility to do so
- A minimum of Level 5 in (Level 2 GCSE or equivalent) Maths & English
- A full UK driving licence
- The right to work and reside in the UK
