    About The Role

    We are looking for a Graduate Process Engineer to join our team at Monmouth. In this role you will provide technical process support during the design (proposal) development, delivery and support of commissioning activities across the business, with a primary focus on industrial and municipal wastewaters.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for driving the process design to support rental, sale or project designed solutions through liaising with sales, design, operational and procurement teams.
    • Conduct technical evaluations, interpretation and reporting of information presented from the laboratory results or client issued data.
    • Preparation of process design statements; process flow diagrams, development of P&IDs, outline control philosophies and other technical documents (O&M / SoPs etc.)
    • Support the development of technical presentations explaining our products and services to existing and prospective customers
    • Conduct investigative works, including site visits (undertaking site sampling, jar testing and analysis) in anticipation of and in response to process support needs and take corrective action as required.
    • Support process commissioning work, ensuring that adequate monitoring in place and training of Client representatives where necessary
    • Attend site meetings with Client, suppliers or sub-contractors in the development of solutions to ensure process requirements are adequately considered
    • Ensure records are compiled associated with the commissioning of process plant leading towards effective handover of treatment systems
    • Maintain good communications with and assist colleagues in Siltbuster Ltd where required, in the interests of Siltbuster Group as a whole.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical content and adapt style to suit target audience.
    • Demonstrate good organisational skills and able to prioritise work with effective problem solving and practical outlook.
    • Competent in the use of Office 365 notably Excel and Word.
    • Ability to handle multiple work projects running concurrently as the business need arises.
    • Degree educated in preferably either an engineering or scientific discipline with a vested interest in the environment. (Chemical, Civil, Environmental)
    • Basic understanding of environmental legislation and regulation controls
    • Basic understanding of ISO 14001 and 9001:2015 standards and appropriate Health, Safety environmental legislation.
    • Full UK Driving Licence
