We work with practically every area of the business to bring our technology and content to millions of customers. Recent projects include the launch of Sky Glass as well as Apple TV and Disney+ on Sky Q. If you want to work on a diverse and interesting portfolio of projects, for which Sky is famous for, then Change Delivery is the place to be.

    On this two-year programme, you have the option of choosing between one of two paths: business analysis or project management, both of which will lead to a professional qualification in your chosen area.

    You can expect to be working on high-profile projects at pace, leading to great exposure and a huge sense of achievement when we deliver for the business and our customers. After two years, you’ll join the team as a fully trained Business Analyst or Project Manager.

    What you'll be doing

    Business Analyst

    As a Graduate Business Analyst, you’ll focus on finding innovative solutions, designing an ideal customer experience, and working with stakeholders from across the business to define and manage business requirements for change.

    You’ll learn how to:

    • Provide business analysis support across the whole life cycle of projects
    • Create and define customer journeys through the facilitation of workshops and stakeholder meetings to support business and operational readiness
    • Document end to end business requirements from inception to solution delivery, requirements prioritisation and sign off
    • Create and manage the analysis approach and plan that defines the activities and timings to support successful project delivery

    Project Management

    As a Graduate Project Manager, you'll successfully deliver change by leading and delivering through the project team, making sure everything runs to schedule, to the agreed budget and to the commercial and business objectives.

    You’ll learn how to:

    • Manage projects within a programme across the whole delivery lifecycle
    • Own and manage project documents
    • Develop governance that enables effective project communication and business decision making
    • Ensure projects deliver on time, to scope and budget and with a focus on the customer and business impact.

    Programme facts

    • This programme is based in Osterley, west London
    • Programme duration is 2 years, rolling off into a permanent position
    • Expected start is September 2023.

    What we’re looking for

    The one essential requirement is that you have an undergraduate degree (or are about to complete one). Our programme is designed to give you all the knowledge and experience you need. So it doesn’t matter what your degree is in. We’re much more interested in the passion, drive and talent you’re able to bring to the team.

    You’ll be a natural collaborator. You will love bringing people together and working with them to find all the pieces of the puzzle and delivering a solution that works for everyone. You’ll be bringing some amazing products to the market, so you’ll need to have a passion for delivering excellence for our customers.

    You’ll be comfortable building and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels and can communicate with confidence. Working with so many people across the business, this is a perfect role to build your personal brand. Overall, you will have a drive and ambition to believe in better – for yourself, your team, the business and our customers.

    Your application journey

    Step 1 - Submit your application on our system. We’ll be asking for your personal details, academic information and anything else that you think would be relevant such as work experience. Once your application has been submitted, you’ll be invited to complete our immersive digital assessments. This may land in your junk folder so don’t forget to check it.

    Step 2 - Complete our online digital assessments. These look at your Sky fit and your business fit. Why not pop onto our dedicated Prep hub to familiarise yourself with some of these digital assessments before completing them. You’ll also have the opportunity to practice each of these assessments beforehand, so please read our email instructions carefully. We’ve added some tips to help you along the way.

    Step 3 - For the final stage of your application, we’ll invite you to our virtual assessment centre and give you some tasks to get to know you better. The day will give you a practical insight into what it’s like to work in Change Delivery and will assess your aptitude for this industry. Once you’ve completed your assessment day, we’ll let you know when you can expect to hear back from us.
