    As a key part of our new in-house Paid Search team, you'll provide hands on support to regional PPC managers in delivering high-performing campaigns across web and app — including Search, PMAX, UAC, and Apple Search Ads. You'll also own Paid Search billing processes, ensuring accurate budget tracking and vendor coordination.

    Key responsibilities

    • Support pan-European Paid Search campaign planning, through to execution and ongoing optimisation:
      • Conduct keyword research for new titles and existing shows.
      • Deliver efficiency improvements to drive an increase in quality scores, by reviewing use of ad copy and landing pages.
      • Optimise campaigns to maximise subscriptions within CPA targets.
    • Manage end-to-end financial process workflows for all Paid Search related activities:
      • Ensure budgets are monitored vs. plan and manage billing workflow to ensure PO creation and invoice processing is carried out within necessary timelines.
      • Liaise with vendors and internal finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing.
      • Resolve any billing issues and maintain organised financial records.
    • Reporting management
      • Supplying the wider team with ongoing performance insights on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
      • Conducting market research and sharing trends on competitor insights to the wider team.

    Skills, knowledge and expertise

    • Paid Search experience: Accrued from media agencies and/or in-house.
    • Passion for digital marketing and entertainment: Strong interest in the digital marketing landscape, particularly within the entertainment industry.
    • Outcome focused with strong organisational skills: Able to maintain a keen eye for detail across a breadth of tasks and responsibilities, delivering outputs on time and within budget.
    • Effective communicator with commercial acumen: Clear communication skills, capable of understanding business priorities and objectives to prioritise actions which support them.
    • Language skills: Must be fluent in English with excellent oral and writing skills. A strong preference for additional European language capabilities.
