As a member of Electricity Industry Operations, you will be part of a close-knit team that is responsible for ensuring all of our customers are accurately billed; on time, every time, and their supply is up-to-date in accordance with industry guidelines.
You will be working with Industry processes and will need to be adept at problem solving and building relationships. The role is an opportunity for the someone to challenge themselves and develop skills in the UK energy Industry.
How will I spend my time in this role?
- Ensure industry flows and processes are completed in accordance with set KPI's;
- Ensure customer are billed accurately;
- Support the Industry Operations Team in achieving collaborative goals to improve KPI's;
- Develop electricity processes to support business and team growth;
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external; stakeholders to encourage wok is always completed within SLA's;
- Problem solving to follow queries through to completion.
What skills/experience do I need to be considered?
- You should have experience working in an office environment;
- Worked with computers and can demonstrate a strong level of computer literacy;
- Working as part of a team to delivery against targets and deliver High Levels of Customer Service;
- Work experience in similar position previously with transferable skill;
- Acute eye for detail ensuring all work is performed with the highest levels of accuracy and all required forms of due diligence are upheld.
