The IT Leadership Development Program (IT LDP) is a 24 - 36 month program designed with the new IT professional in mind, which will consist of two or three, 12 month rotations across various facets of our IT Team. Rotation examples may include, Research & Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Information Security, Enterprise Data & Analytics, Cloud Architecture, Corporate Functions, Commercial IT, and more. Participants in this Program may be required to work onsite or remotely.
What will you be doing?
During the rotational program, we will give you opportunity to apply what you have learned into active roles within our IT Function. That may mean partnering with other functions in the business, working in projects to improve the technological capabilities within those functions, working within InfoSec, Enterprise and other teams. You will find opportunity to add significant and real value while recieveing the space and guidance to grow and develop your career with us.
What does success look like?
Success in this role is simply based on how you flourish in the business and in the role, applying what you have learned academically into industry. It will be about us providing you with the space to learn and grow, giving you access to leaders and mentors as part of your ongoing development.
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Due to graduate or recently graduated in a relevant STEM subject area in Biomedical, Life Sciences, Management Information Systems, IT, Engineering type degrees
- Willingness to apply yourself to learn and grow with the drive to become the experts in the future
