    The role

    We're offering opportunities across multiple scientific and engineering subject areas to join our R&D function in the summer of 2024 and experience an enhanced period of development across your first few years in the business. The products we bring to market are often complex meaning we require skills and knowledge from many STEM subject areas like:

    • Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics and Biomedical)
    • Sciences (Chemistry, Biology and Biomedical Sciences)
    • Software (Embedded, Full Stack and Software Engineering)
    • Human Factors and Design.

    What will you be doing?

    During the rotational program, we will give you opportunity to apply what you have learned into active R&D projects which aim to bring the next generation of wound care products to the market as well as improve upon existing products already in the market. In this time, you will rotate around multiple departments in R&D.

    What does success look like?

    Success in this role is simply based on how you flourish in the business and in the role, applying what you have learned academically into industry. We will provide you with the space to learn and grow, giving you access to industry experts and mentors as part of your ongoing development. You will need to roll up the sleeves and get stuck into the projects and work on a day to day basis and glean all of the knowledge and experience you can.

    Successful candidates would need the following

    • Recent graduate (or about to graduate) in a relevant STEM subject area in Engineering, Sciences, Software or Human Factors and Design
    • Willingness to apply yourself to learn and grow with the drive to become the experts in the future
