    Are you passionate about building, nurturing and scaling a community focused on building secure applications? At Snyk we are looking for a driven, operationally-minded and collaborative community professional to support our growing global calendar of community run events, webinars and podcasts in order to increase Snyk’s brand awareness, foster community engagement and create opportunities to support the wider DevSecOps community.

    You’ll work closely across the Community and Developer Relations team to help manage the pre, during and post event planning, podcast logistics and marketing of all community activities.

    If you're highly motivated by impact, are looking to touch and learn all aspects of community management, and would like to see how every project directly impacts a wider ecosystem of individuals  - this job will be for you! We're looking for an analytical, creative, and driven person to join us.

    You’ll spend your time

    • Coming up with new ideas and see them through to their implementation, taking ownership of the whole process
    • Supporting campaigns that increase Snyk and DevSecCons community growth. (examples: manage virtual event logistics, analyze program performance, create relevant landing pages in Wordpress, and more) 
    • Supporting community  programs, including email & social media marketing, marketing operations, campaign reporting, and more
    • Engaging in virtual event planning and logistics management - supporting dozens of events ranging from virtual conferences to chapter events led by our community
    • Conducting research projects (examples: competitive analysis to identify product messaging, website analytics, and email campaign optimization opportunities)

    • Have experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools 
    • Pluses: Familiarity with HTML and/or Adobe creative suite
    • Have superior communication and collaboration skills
    • Are willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
