Do you want to make change happen by joining a team that never stands still?

The primary purpose of this role is to respond very promptly and professionally to emailed queries received into a central eBusiness inbox.

As eBusiness Executive you’ll be responsible for:

• Answering emailed queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing resolutions and solutions
• Amending settings and permissions for users on the eBusiness platform
• Supporting internal and external customers with their use of Softcat’s eBusiness platform
• Identifying issues that need escalation and/or diversion to other team members

• Clear and concise communication skills, especially in written form
• A desire to learn and the ability to learn quickly
• Be polite, positive, and enthusiastic to both customers and colleagues
