We are looking for a driven Marketing Coordinator who will have a front seat on marketing at a leading USD one billion+ tech company that is redefining the cloud and software solutions space. You can work with limited direction to provide administrative support and act as a thought partner for marketing stakeholders in their work across internal functions as well as external vendors and agencies. Key responsabilities
- Stakeholder Management: You will be responsible for effectively managing multiple tasks and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, and fostering positive relationships to drive project success.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify and resolve risks or issues promptly, ensuring that projects stay on track and are delivered within the agreed timelines.
- Project Prioritization and Backlog Management: Work closely with the team to prioritize new project requests and manage the project backlog effectively.
- Business Requirements Translation: Understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team and other third-party teams. Track requirements to closure and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Project Status Reporting: Provide accurate and up-to-date project status updates to the team and executives, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and any potential challenges.
- Business Lead and POC Representation: Act as the primary business lead and point of contact representative for IT teams, collaborating to ensure all appropriate business team members are involved in requirements, use cases, and customer experience meetings as needed.
- Business Consultation: Become a trusted partner and consultant to the business owner, offering recommendations on the best path of execution, timelines, and operational improvements.
- Analytical Skills and Campaign Optimization: Leverage your strong analytical skills to implement campaign management best practices, such as A/B or multivariate testing of emails and landing pages, personalization, and segmentation, to optimize campaign performance.
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Proactively troubleshoot data and technical issues related to deployment, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution to ensure seamless campaign operations.
- Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop rigorous quality assurance and testing processes to ensure the accurate development and execution of projects.
What we need to see from you
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or commensurate work experience
- Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience
- Comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Asana
- Curiosity – interest in understanding the big picture; drive to learn about what’s going on and independently asking “why” in order to exercise appropriate prioritization and judgment with daily activities; understanding the broader objectives will help you be more successful in the role
