Sojern is seeking a Client Success Associate (French Speaking) to support Enterprise travel clients in the fast-paced, online advertising environment.
As a Client Success Associate, you will play a critical customer facing role, coordinating and executing the onboarding of large Enterprise clients, with a primary focus on our expanding French market. You will partner with Senior Client Success managers to maintain and strengthen our relationships with these clients, developing the key skills required to successfully handle your own book of business.
What you will do
- Coordinating pre-sale activities including working closely with Senior Customer Success Manager and the Sales team during the RFP process to ensure accounts are set up for success.
- Lead the day-to-day, post sales relationship with a portfolio of digital advertising clients
- Take ownership of your book of business to drive relationships with your clients leading to renewals and upsells, ensuring campaign success and client satisfaction
- Grow revenue through pitching new products and channels
- Coordinate with AdOps, analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet client KPIs, goals and objectives
- Lead post-campaign analysis and review
- Coordinate billing for clients on a monthly basis
- Present campaign results and insights, as well as Business Reviews to clients on a regular basis
What you bring to the table
- 1+ years overall experience in digital and advertising.
- Understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with travel industry experience a bonus.
- A track record of taking initiative to collaborate with internal stakeholders and achieve client satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple projects & clients on any given day
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Adaptability for working across a multicultural client base in European timezones
- Proficiency in standard business and sales software, including G Suite and Microsoft Office products.
- Experience working with a DSP (Xandr, DV360, The Trade Desk) and/or Social Media platforms a plus.
- Business level proficiency in French, other European languages a plus
