    We are seeking a Growth Hacker to join our friendly and dynamic Marketing Digital Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an International company.

    Your role

    The Growth Hacker role is focused on optimising conversion rates and enhancing ROI through various digital initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving friction points in the user journey, conducting A/B tests, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    • Conceive, develop, and execute measurable and actionable tests on the company's various digital assets (Applicant portal, nurture streams, landing pages, offline event…) to increase conversion rates, UX, accurate tracking and ultimately contribute to greater ROI of our investment.
    • Foster a testing culture to constantly optimise digital campaigns; collaborate with multi-functional teams to generate and execute new test ideas
    • Effectively communicate test results and next steps to the various stakeholders.
    • Anticipate customer needs and promote a culture of continuous improvement by prioritising tests and technological integration.
    • Manage the entire testing process, including prioritisation, requirements analysis, implementation, measurement, and recommendation of next steps
    • Analyse test results and propose optimisations to achieve objectives
    • Create holistic dashboards by importing data from different sources, for periodic analysis for the internal team, and for presentations to the rest of the organisation.

    About you

    Degree or graduate degree educated. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in growth hacking or conversion rate optimisation (CRO), a successful track record in implementing growth strategies, and a background in marketing, user experience, and business development. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Ad Managers, GTM, and growth hacking tools like VWO is essential. Experience with Agile development teams and Salesforce is advantageous.
