    Function

    Your role will involve:

    • Actinging as a primary business contact for clients, striving for high customer satisfaction
    • Maximising sales opportunities with existing customers and assist in the sales process to new customers
    • Ownership of planning and delivery of development phases
    • Interpreting and documenting business requirements
    • Analysing customer requirements, documenting and proposing solutions to meet them
    • Producing detailed functional specifications
    • Liaising with developers to ensure solution are delivered in an elegant fashion
    • Undertaking the organisation and delivery of user testing
