As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be part of our future, driving sustainable and impactful change for our customers and for the preservation of our natural environment all along the south coast of England.
The Role
Our 2-year graduate programme is designed to provide you with a high level of support, training, and development to give you a flying start to your career.
By the end of the 2-year programme you will have the knowledge, skills and experience you need to move into a role involving operational and people management. We have way more opportunities than you imagine, you will be able to diversify your career at any point in your journey here.
You will be supported with a wide range of further training and development, including a Management Apprenticeship (Level 3) which will help you to build your people management skills in preparation for your next role managing a team.
You will be provided with all the necessary technical training and you will have the chance to rotate between different areas of the business to gain a great all-round understanding of how we operate, which will set you up for success in your next role and beyond.
Throughout the programme you will be well supported by your manager, the graduate development team, placement hosts and a specially selected mentor who you will meet with on a regular basis.
You will attend regular graduate development events and take part in many different activities including projects giving back to the community. You will meet other Graduates on the programme and take part in a Collaboration Project which will help you to develop your skills and network further.
About You
You will have secured or be predicted a 2:1, there is no stipulation on discipline or course, and have a full UK driving licence with ability to travel around our service areas in Hampshire, Sussex, Kent and the Isle of Wight.
