    The impact

    You will be responsible for conducting credit and recovery analysis related to a range of services provided to corporate, institutional and governmental clients. You will be part of a team that evaluates the overall credit worthiness of organisations and their ability to meet their financial obligations for traditional credit-based products as well as a variety of structured banking transactions. You will also support teams that evaluate collateral pools, credit risk, structural considerations, legal considerations, and the ability of securitization issuers to meet their obligations to pay timely interest and repay principal for a wide variety of structured finance asset types.

    You will get a comprehensive training programme in New York focusing on a variety of areas, including: Accounting, Ratings Methodology, Risk & Compliance and Capital Markets. Upon completion of the initial training, you will be placed into rotations within our key Ratings teams. You will also be required to successfully complete required certification exams during the program and pass a rigorous evaluation process.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide timely and accurate quarterly financial statistics and data analysis.
    • Assist in reporting, research, presentation on research & analysts and modelling.
    • Support the team on improvement in execution and ad-hoc writing projects.
    • Support the team in conducting credit analysis and evaluating the overall credit worthiness of our clients.

    What we’re looking for

    • Completion of a minimum BA/BSc undergraduate degree by August 2022. Postgraduate students are also encouraged to apply.
    • Learning agility, Creativity, and Problem-solving ability.
    • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
    • Fluent command of English Language is essential, and a 2nd European language is desirable.
    • The ability and the desire to learn to conduct your own analysis and research.
    • The ability to work in a deal-driven, collaborative work environment is required.
    • You must have the right to work in the country of proposed employment.
    • You must be willing to relocate to the country of proposed employment.
